Manage moderate size projects involving multiple vendors, multiple technologies, leading edge technologies, and broad implications for the IT architecture.

 

 Able to lead the analysis of vendor proposals and create internal proposals
 Able to track scope, budget, schedule and quality of project deliverables
 Provide project communication to executive leadership
 Develop staff for both technical and project leadership roles
 Develop an integrated project plan and facilitate weekly project review meetings
 Facilitate updates to project documentation associated with issue management, deliverable tracking and project status reporting
 Maintain integrated master project plan (strong MS Project skills required)
 Oversee the implementation phase of the project, coordinating with the customer area, vendors, and other relevant areas of the organization.
 Conduct feasibility, risk, regulatory compliance, and ROI analyses for proposed projects
 Present a recommendation related to project feasibility.

 

 

 BS/BA Degree preferred
 Advance knowledge of MS Project, required
 Experience in system analysis with an emphasis on clinical information systems, required
 5 years of project management experience required
 Highly proficient in problem solving, including assessment of user needs and determining appropriate systems applications or requirements
 Possess expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques
 Experience with managing people, budgets, ,and projects
 Effective interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams as a group leader, as well as a participant
 Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to manage multiple projects of medium size simultaneously required.
