The Competency Center at Ford Motor Company has established a comprehensive program that identifies core competencies for project managers and allows them to assess their skill levels against the competencies. The Competency Center then provides a development plan,learning resources and personal mentoring to aid project managers in achieving their personal objectives for personal growth.
