Change is inevitable, but the paradox is we have an inherent survival skill to resist, examine, and choose change that has the correct balance of risk and reward. Join <b>Peter de Jager</b> and learn about structured change processes. Meet the paradox of:<br><br>
a) how can we get people to embrace the change that is necessary?<br>
b) how can we create an environment that allows rational resistance?<br><br>
This presentation will examine tools and processes available to organizations to help them. And it will include real life examples and interactive discussion about change itself.

Peter de Jager is a speaker/writer/consultant on the issues relating to the Rational Assimilation of the Future. He has published hundreds of articles on topics ranging from Problem Solving, Creativity and Change to the impact of technology on areas such as privacy, security and business.
