Local chapter members Suboski and Company are conducting a study into organizational practices that contribute to successful projects. We are looking for the attributes (people, processes, roles) in organizations both formal, as in Project Management Offices (PMO), and informal that support project professionals in ways that help them succeed in producing outstanding results.
 
We are seeking volunteers to participate with us by being interviewed, performing interviews of others, or introducing this study to entire organizations. In return, those who participate will receive the results from the study and an increased awareness of where to focus energy in their organization to ensure that project professionals can succeed. Results from the study will be available this fall.
